The ITC Terminated Mei & Mark Client from ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1283 Based on Withdrawal of the Complaint
The United States International Trade Commission (“ITC”) issued a notice that the ITC determined not to review an initial determination issued by the presiding acting chief administrative law judge granting the complainant’s motion to terminate ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1283 (Certain Composite Baseball and Softball Bats and Components Thereof) with respect to Respondent TianChang Zhengmu Aluminum Co., Ltd. (“TZA”) based on withdrawal of the complaint, and that “TZA is hereby terminated from this investigation.”
