Dr. Quanyong Wang is a member of Mei & Mark LLP's elite technical advisors team. In connection with patent prosecution, analysis, and litigation, Dr. Wang provides technical guidance in the technical fields of nanotechnology, semiconductor materials, experimental and computational material physics, and scientific data analysis.
Previously, Dr. Wang was a research scientist at McGill University. Dr. Wang's research interests and background include (1) numerical investigation of directional solidification growth pattern of binary alloys, (2) fracture phenomena in polymers: fingering instabilities and pattern selection in craze-tip advance, (3)simulation of the growth morphology of deposited fullerene ultra-thin film on insulator and semiconductor substrate, (4) preparation of nanocomposite materials by chemical precipitation methods and high pressure apparatus, and (5) research of the mechanical, magnetic and electronic properties of nanoparticles with XRD, TEM, AFM etc.
Dr. Wang is an author of numerous research articles and recipient of multiple research awards.
